The rules for using Puppy Yoga Ubud: what we do, what the booking platforms do, and where our responsibility ends.

The site in a few words
Puppy Yoga Ubud (puppyyogaubud.quest) is an independent guide to puppy yoga in Ubud. We research, write and publish information and point you to tours you can book. We do not run tours, sell tickets, take payments or hold bookings.
Where you actually book
Whatever you book from one of our links is a contract between you and GetYourGuide, or the class organiser, formed on their site under their terms. They handle the ticket, the class, the payment, any change, the cancellation and the refund.
Notes on fares
All prices shown are starting prices, whole dollars rounded to the nearest one. A price the platform shows in another currency is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate, so it is close, not exact. Only the price and dates the booking platform displays just before payment bind anyone.
Reliability of what we write
We verify our text and cite where it comes from. Even so, start times, meeting points, rules and the way animals are looked after are set by organisers and authorities and can change without notice, and weather, animals' health, events or an organiser's decision can alter or cancel a class. Before paying, read the details of the listing you pick.

Where our responsibility stops
You pay nothing to read this site. Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In any other case liability exists only for breach of an essential obligation and stops at typically foreseeable damage.
Which law governs, and updates
These terms follow German law. A consumer who lives in another country keeps the binding consumer protection of that country. We may revise the terms, and the text online on the day you read it is the one that counts.
